The Goal
We Are Digital are based in Coventry and work with UK’s largest housing associations, companies and charities to deliver basic skills courses, digital inclusion workshops and 1:1 home training. They had grown rapidly and their IT struggled to cope with the expansion. The company was bidding for and winning large contracts which meant their IT system needed to be up to scratch. We Are Digital were looking for an external managed IT Support company who could take their IT to the next level and provide support internally and externally to ensure the smooth running of the new contracts.
Project Challenges
- After winning the big contracts including call centres, housing associations and the Home Office. We Are Digital then needed the IT infrastructure to support their new customers.
- Not only did they require the basic Microsoft Office Software but also telecommunications software platforms and hardware to support their call centre customers.
The Solution
Zenzero took the pressure off We Are Digital by taking control of their IT Support and transitioning them over to Microsoft Teams providing a host of services which helped staff work together on projects in a more unified way also enabling them to work in the office or remotely as circumstances changed in the country.
