Unified Communications Network Consultant
40hrs per week – Unified Communications – Midlands or Scotland

About the role:
As part of the Unified Communications team, you will be responsible for successful delivery of Unified Communications projects and provide support to the Service Desk functions
Typical responsibilities will include:
To operate at an advanced level within our network product suite of Fortinet and Ubiquiti equipment.
Provide assistance during projects either remotely or on site on complex networking projects/issues.
Work with our sales teams to identify opportunities within our existing customer base
Develop a product strategy for customers through scoping and working with the sales teams in live opportunities, becoming the customers “Trusted Advisor”
Liaise with suppliers to keep ahead of the networking landscape.
Supporting the sales-enablement of our customer facing teams through collateral and workshops.
Provide support to the Service Desk functions as required.
Look to help drive Zenzero’s Unified Communication offerings.
What you’ll need to be successful:
You should be passionate about supporting and developing other members of the team, both junior and senior, helping them to know what you know, and learning from others that understand things that you may not.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with users and stakeholders
In depth understanding of Fortinet and Ubiquiti products
Understanding and ability to map out complex LAN & WAN infrastructures
Experience in a busy team managing multiple orders/projects
Desire to develop as part of a growing team and business unit
Efficient and organised task management
Time management and deadline tracking
Working as part of a distributed delivery team
Wanting to develop their knowledge and progress within the UC team.
Awareness of the range of services provided by Zenzero.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams as a Phone platform
Experience of UC platforms
Worked with Aruba/Yealink devices
Cross industry experience
Knowledge in SIP deployments
Other UC Platform knowledge
Knowledge and familiarity with change management.
Knowledge and familiarity of ISO27001 and ISO9001 standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
Working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP or MSSP)
Fortinet accreditation (NSE 3 or above): NSE 4 would be advantageous
MS-700
Accreditation in project management methodology (e.g: PRINCE2, APM, AgilePM)
