Since appointing Zenzero as our outsourced IT infrastructure and solution support partner, in 2015, they have continued to exceed expectations, through our period of very rapid growth, always seeking to go ‘above and beyond’ any reasonable expectations. Going the extra mile – While we have only been working with Zenzero for a few months, they have already gone above and beyond our expectations, especially when we have been presented with challenges. Most recent example was Tom Mellish and Steve Allison giving up their weekends to ensure our SharePoint site moved in time for the working week.

Zenzero kept us updated on a regular basis, so we knew exactly what was going on and when. When they came across challenges, they just dealt with them – they fixed them there and then, which was great.
