Hosted spam filtering simply filters your incoming emails through our spam filter before directing legitimate email to your inbox.
We use an industry leading solution that provides all our customers with enterprise-level protection so you can be confident you are adequately protected.
There is no need to invest in costly hardware or software unlike similar solutions, which can cost £3-4 per user, per month. Our hosted spam filtering solution comes as standard with your IT support contract without any initial set up costs or continued licensing fees.
Depending on your requirements, your staff can take control of their own mail with a Microsoft Outlook plugin. This facility allows them to put spam on a blacklist and safe email on a whitelist. Alternatively, our intuitive system can manage the whole process.

Our hosted spam filtering solution uses technology from Barracuda Networks, a worldwide leader in email and web security. It provides a fully integrated hardware and software spam filtering solution.
We have multiple devices in a cluster spread over multiple colocation sites to ensure no loss in email performance and high availability.
Should your system experience downtime, we can redeliver or divert your emails to a different location quickly until your email server is back up and running.
Filtering spam out of your network provides a better user experience and increases staff productivity. It also saves bandwidth, capacity on your disk and reduces the required size of your network.
Quarantine
If our spam filter gives an email a score that renders the email borderline spam, the email is sent to quarantine. You are then sent a link to your quarantine, which will show quarantined emails and be given the choice to deliver or delete as required.
Quarantine is hosted on our devices so that your system does not get clogged up with junk.
Download the plugin
You can choose to give your staff control of their spam filtering with our plugin. It allows you to build a database of what is and isn’t spam so 99% of spam can be blocked from the start.
Should the odd spam email get through, you can use the plugin to tell the spam filter that you consider it as spam. The spam filter learns from your behaviour using a Bayesian database so it can adapt to your needs.
