What is account management?

We pride ourselves on our customer service and believe good account management is key to maintaining that. Our aim is to integrate as part of your company so we can add the personal touch and add value to our relationship.

A personal adviser always at your side

Your account manager will learn about your business so we can make recommendations suited to your individual IT requirements that will help your business grow today and in the future.

They are there to bridge the gap between the techies and you. They will learn about your vision for your company so they can help you make your IT work as hard as possible for you. They can help you with confidential, delicate matters that you may not want to talk to an engineer about. In short, they are your first call and will support you through a variety of IT issues related to your business.

Ensuring your IT works hard

They will regularly review your account to ensure you are receiving the best service. For example, they will analyse the number of IT support tickets raised in order to identify any trends. They will also ensure your tickets are processed within our service level agreement response times.
You will receive regular updates from your account manager; you can choose to meet face-to-face, have regular teleconferences or email updates.

Why is account management important?

We hope you will not experience any problems with our service but in the event you do, your account manager is your first port of call in putting it right. They will listen to you to find out exactly what the problem is and how they can resolve it as quickly as possible. We believe that only through effective account management can you receive the best possible service.

With regular reviews of your account, they will ensure any reoccurring technology issues are escalated accordingly to ensure they are resolved.

Only through getting to know you and your business, can we effectively support your business’ objectives and help you plan for the future.

The techie bit

Our account management doesn’t need to be technical – quite simply, we’re here for you when you need us and are busy working in the background to ensure you get the best possible service.

We are happy to speak to other suppliers on your behalf, such as specialist software vendors, to ensure things go smoothly and your requirements are understood and served correctly.

We use a system called Autotask to monitor your IT support and identify trends. We assess where your business is using IT the most and offer solutions on how you could improve this. We even recommend training where appropriate.

We do all of this in an approachable, transparent manner using plain English to ensure you know how your IT system is performing.

However, if you are technically minded, we are always more than happy to get technical too!
