Gideon Hillman Consulting (GH) established in 2004, is now one of the UKs leading Supply Chain and Logistics Consultancies with their head office based in Royal Leamington Spa. Before engaging with Zenzero, GH were using Google for their email platform, WebEx for screen sharing amongst the team and customers and various other software for sharing documents amongst the team which also proved challenging. As none of these individual solutions offered the functionality needed for this growing business. GH engaged with Zenzero to help them to migrate to the Microsoft hosted Office 365 e-mail platform, implement SharePoint for document sharing and deploy Lync for better communication. This new solution was implemented over a weekend to reduce impact to the business and now provides a cost effective single platform for staff members to effectively collaborate with each other and clients. Office 365 was deployed in April 2014 by Zenzero who then took on the ongoing support and management of the IT systems for the business.
