Anne Tasker

I started my career in software development, working for a manufacturing firm developing a bespoke stock and management information system.

Over the years my role extended to include managing the IT infrastructure and working closely with the senior management team to provide solutions that provided measurable benefits to the business. These are the principles I took to Zenzero where we have a common goal to provide quality services that provide value to our customers.

Andy Tasker

The technical black sheep in the fold. I’ve spent all my career designing, building, fixing and tuning Oracle systems in the Enterprise.  I bring my experience of working in the Enterprise to the Zenzero team to ensure focus is kept on quality of service, innovation and streamlining processes.

I have a personal drive to ensure that businesses always maximise the use of their technology to ensure that it works for them. Businesses should never be driven by their technology. It should free them; it should enable them to grow and prosper.  It should always excite and rarely disappoint.

Rob Heap

Having trained as a Microsoft MCSE, I work as a third line technical engineer for Zenzero.

In earlier life, I had a selection of jobs including working as a sound engineer for bands and fixing HiFi equipment. I love most types of classic rock music and enjoy playing guitar myself on a regular basis.

My other passion is motorcycles.

Darren Barrick

I have primary responsibility over our product development and work on a wide range of projects. I hold a BSc in Computer Science from Aston University and have been a member of Zenzero since 2006.

Steve Burke

I am a geek at heart. I’m always trying to get hold of the latest technology. I enjoy gaming, especially racing games as well as table top/board gaming.

In addition to virtual racing, I also hold a motor race license and own a race team. I race a highly modified Nissan 350z around the UK circuits when I get the chance! The team and I have raced competitively against a range of other cars and seen some great results, including a few podium finishes.

Carrie Crinage

Wife and Mum to 3 grown up children, 2 dogs, 2 cats and a horse! I live on the outskirts of a small market town outside Leamington Spa and have lived in and around the area for the past 20 years.  I have a penchant for odd possessions, the most recent purchase being a K2 Telephone Box, for my garden, which we are in the process of renovating. In my ‘spare time’, when I have any ,  I enjoy most things equestrian related, gardening, music, books and just being with friends and family.

Rob Pring

As a Regional Business Development Manager, I look after new business in the South East. I ensure our clients are well looked after, dealing with and escalating any issues that need that little bit of extra care. I migrated from a technical role to sales and account management, which gives me a good perspective on the challenges faced by our client base. My formal education is a BEng in Computer Science.

Rosie Evans

I originally trained as a French and German teacher, I enjoyed teaching but felt I needed to learn about the world before immersing myself in the education life. I discovered a passion for marketing and customer service and have not looked back since.

I love motorsport and own a motorsport club called Team Lizard Motorsport, which currently races a Nissan 350z in the UK.

Paul Husiw-Aiken

When I’m not working for Zenzero, you’ll usually find me sitting in front of a PC/Mac toying with various software. I’m keenly interested in the development of iPhone apps and websites to support these apps, as well as general web design.

I love anything creative, specifically illustration, and have recently helped to co-found Coventry’s first flat track Roller Derby team.

Gemma Dark

I like a challenge and every day at Zenzero presents new problems to solve. My role involves organising support issues and staff alike and with four kids at home I am more than used to keeping things in check and excel at organised chaos! I have been told I am a workaholic and a bit of a control freak, but I like to think that I just like a job done well and am dedicated to providing a good service.

Oh and unlike my colleagues I really am not a geek!

Tom Hextall

Working with computers is something I have always loved. Many's the time as a child I could be found with a computer, whether it be playing hide and seek with an Acorn Electron (I won plenty of times) or solving contrived mysteries in a derelict theme park with a ZX Spectrum and some tramps.

Craig Cowley

I'm a typical IT support engineer: a bit of a geek, like Sci-Fi movies, playing PC games and reading. I have been using computers since birth, I learnt to program in BASIC when I were but a wee lad, but swiftly moved away from the complex software side of computing to the hardware/physical element. I just love the challenge posed by fixing things.

Harry Hobday

My father is involved in the IT world and this has created a natural interest for me to be involved in technology both in my personal life but also for my future career.  I am regularly involved in worldwide gaming events but I also have an interest in obtaining a better understanding of how IT can improve businesses, which is why I enjoy solving customer problems, particularly as everyone is different.

As an Apprentice at Zenzero, my ambition is to become a fully Certified Microsoft Engineer in the next two years and increase my knowledge of IT so I can become more involved with challenging IT projects.
